FAQs & Self-Troubleshooting
Q
How to connect the M1 Mini CPAP to a smart device?
A

Use a smart device (smartphone or tablet computer) to download the Light Trip app from the app store. Then, connect the device via Bluetooth to use it.

Q
Precautions for Using PAP Devices
A

1. After adding water to the device, do not move it to avoid water entering the machine and causing malfunctions. Before each therapy session, always empty any remaining water in the water chamber, then fill the water tank up to the maximum water level line.

2. Before starting the device, make sure the breathing tubing or humidifier is properly connected.

3. How to fill the water tank: Remove the water tank, add purified water through the inlet, and after reinstalling the tank, do not move the machine.

Q
What should I do if there is a lot of noise?
A

If you notice any unusual noise during use, please check whether the tubing and mask connections are secure.

Q
How to add water to the GII series CPAP?
A

Remove the water chamber, turn it upside down so that the bottom faces upward, take off the water inlet cap, add purified water through the inlet, and after reinstalling the water chamber, do not move the machine.

Q
How is condensation generated? How to solve it?
A

Condensation usually occurs in winter or when the room temperature is low. It is caused by a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the breathing tubing. The following measures can help reduce condensation:

1. Lower the humidifier setting.

2. Increase the room temperature.

3. Use heated breathing tubing.

4. Add an insulation sleeve to the breathing tubing or cover it with other textile materials to reduce the temperature difference.
