The App respects and protects the personal information and privacy rights of all users. The App will treat your personal information according to this Privacy Policy when providing services to you. The App will neither collect your personal information nor disclose it to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. The App will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Terms of Use of the App, you are aware of and agree with the whole contents of the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the App's Service Usage Agreement.
(a) The App can be used without registration, i.e. the App does not obtain your personal registration information;
(b) You can use the service of the App normally without your data (e.g. device model, operating system, login IP address, etc.) being collected;
(c) The App does not obtain the user's personal information from third parties;
(d) Necessary permission is required for the normal use of the App or as per the requirements of relevant app store platforms:
(1) The App has no Bluetooth function, so no user location information is required;
(2) The App has no dialing function, so microphone permission is not required;
(3) The App needs the permission to read/modify or delete the data in SD card, which is only used for cache cleaning;
Access to such sensitive information is an essential precondition for the App to provide the services, and refusing to provide such information will prevent you from using relevant functions. All sensitive permissions will not be granted by default unless you give explicit authorization, and you can manage the permissions in your phone settings.
The processing of personal information includes the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision and disclosure of the information.
(a) The App will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless we receive your prior permission, or the third party and the App (including the affiliates of the App) provide services to you individually or jointly, such third party will be prohibited from accessing all information including those it has previously been able to access
(b) The App also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information without compensation by any means. If any user of the App platform is found engaging in the above activities, the App is entitled to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
(c) According to relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, we may collect, store, use, process, transmit, provide and disclose your personal information without your authorization:
(1) Where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the individual is a party;
(2) Where it is necessary for the performance of legal duties or obligations;
(3) Where it is necessary for responding to public health emergencies or for protecting the life, health and property safety of natural persons in emergencies;
(4) Where the personal information needs to be processed within a reasonable range for purposes such as news report, public opinion supervision, etc. for public interests;
(5) Where the information has been disclosed by yourself;
(6) Where it is necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the product or service, e.g. detecting and handling the malfunctions in the product or service;
(7) Where it is stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
The App does not collect user information, so this section is not applicable.
You can access, view and manage the relevant permissions in your phone settings at any time.
(a) We will take necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal information, and continuously improve information security by upgrading technical means. The App account has security protection function, please keep your username and password information properly. The App will prevent your information from being lost, misused or altered by encrypting user passwords and other security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, we call your attention to the fact that there is no “perfect security measures” on the information network.
(b) Your personal account information shall not be lent, transferred or authorized for use by others, so as to ensure the security of the account information. If you are aware of the leakage of personal information, especially the user name and password of the App, please contact the customer service immediately so that corresponding measures can be taken.
(c) If there is a leakage of personal information, we will launch an emergency plan to prevent the deterioration of damage, and immediately inform you in the form of App notice and website announcement.
The target users of the App are adults, so this section is not applicable.
This Privacy Statement will be modified from time to time as necessary. We recommend that users regularly check the latest Privacy Policy and Terms of Use online. If any terms are updated in the future, we will actively remind users in the form of notice or pop-up window in the software, and will not change the way we deal with the data collected before.
