Q1： Why my PAP device is so noisy?
A：1. The mask or air tubing is broken leading to air leakage.
2. The mask is worn too loosely or the size of it is not suitable causing air leaks.
3. The machine is not placed correctly which causes vibration.
4. There is condensation in the air tubing due to excessive temperature difference between inside and outside the tubing.
Q2：How to set the pressure of M1 Mini
A: Firstly, you need to download a cell phone software called "LightTrip" from application store.
After you turn the machine on, use the “LightTrip” App connect the CPAP machine via Bluetooth. Then press and hold down the startup icon and parameter setting icon on the APP interface to enter the doctor setting interface, and select the mode suitable for you in the cliff jumping sensitivity option.
Q3: Sneezing, nasal congestion and runny nose after CPAP therapy?
A：It is because of the cold gas was transfered to your airway. Just wearing a heated tube during PAP therapy or increase humidification gear to get suitable gas.
Q4: CPAP rainout?
A：When the humidifier is in use, humidified air tends to condense in the cold tube and mask if the room temperature is low.
Turn the humidity setting down, or raise the room temperature. Place the tube under the covers, or use a tube cover. Hang the tubing loosely with the lowest part of the tubing below the patient's head.
Q5: Dryness of the mouth and throat during CPAP therapy?
A：It may be because the patient sleeps with the mouth open and pressurized air flows through the mouth, causing dryness in the nose and throat.
Use a chin strap to prevent opening the mouth during sleep or use a full-face mask. Please contact your physician for details.
